1. Is attending all three modules required?

Yes. It’s cohort learning. Each module is a building block to the next.

2. What is the program investment?

• The non-refundable registration fee is $250 USD.

• The program investment is $8,595 USD. When paying in full the registration fee is waived.

3. Is there a payment plan?

Yes. After you’ve paid the non-refundable registration fee there is a payment plan available.

Payment amounts and due dates are:

• $2,865 - June 15, 2025

• $2,865 - August 15, 2025

• $2,865 - October 15, 2025

4. Must one be familiar with Gestalt and other change models?

No. You will become familiar with Gestalt and other applied behavioral science models throughout the program.

5. What’s included in the program investment?

The investment includes the fee for the three modules, daily breakfast, three lunches, breaks, a welcome dinner, and program resources. NOTE: Travel and lodging are not included in the program's cost and participants must make their own arrangements. We will coordinate pricing for lodging to get the best price possible.

Hotel rates will become more affordable for everyone as the number of participants staying at the program site increases.

6. What forms of payment do you accept?

• The Registration Fee and investment must be paid through our secure payment page via credit card.

• Program payments can be paid through Certified Funds including Credit Card or Purchase Order - all in US funds.

7. Is staying on-site mandatory?

While staying on-site is not mandatory, we strongly urge you to do so. As seasoned practitioners, we know that staying on site deepens the cohort learning experience.

8. Is there a refund policy?

Participants have until July 1st, 2025 to request a full refund less a 10% processing fee.

9. What language is the program delivered in?

The program is English speaking. All fluency levels of English are welcomed!
